To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in which international bodies the European Commission has representational rights greater than those of the UK.

In order to answer this question we would require an assessment of the division of competence between the Community and the member states in respect of all international agreements to which the Community and the member states are parties. This would involve a disproportionate cost.
