Wages and salaries

Purchases and sales of goods and services

Grants to local authorities

Regulatory fees (income)

Grants to the private sector

Depreciation, cost of capital and provisions

Capital additions, net of sales

Capital grants to private sector

Capital grants to local authorities

Budgetary headings are assumed to be the Programme Objects, Sub-Programmes and Account Descriptions as defined by HM Treasury, which inform HM Treasury financial management and reporting processes.
