To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many incidents of data loss by the Serious Organised Crime Agency have been recorded in each month of the last two years.

In the financial years 2007-08 and 2008-09 SOCA suffered no data losses which had to be reported to the Information Commissioner or the Cabinet Office.
