Prisoners Release: Foreigners

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people are unlawfully at large having been removed from prison to an immigration removal centre and subsequently released into the community.

Mr. Woolas
The UK Border Agency and its partners are currently pursuing for the deportation of 64 individuals who breached the conditions of the parole license and have not yet been recalled.
