Sleeping Rough: Hertfordshire

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what estimate he has made of the number of rough sleepers in (a) Hemel Hempstead constituency, (b) Dacorum and (c) Hertfordshire in each year since 1990.

Annual rough sleeping figures have been collected since 1998. The figures are based on local authority street counts and until 2008, estimates where a street count did not take place.
