To ask the Secretary of State for Justice whether there has been any nugatory cost to his Department and its agencies on procurement under tender because the tender process was cancelled prior to the award of the contract in the last 12 months.

No tenders were cancelled during the tender process and prior to the award of any contracts, so no costs were incurred by the Ministry of Justice.
