To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what (a) written correspondence, (b) electronic correspondence, (c) meetings and (d) other communications he had with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on (i) the Scottish economy and (ii) road fuel duty taxation between August 2008 and March 2009.
