Illegal Immigrants

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many staff his Department and its agencies have appointed who were later discovered to be illegal immigrants since 2005.

In 2005 one appointed member of staff was discovered to be working illegally, although he was in the country legitimately. There have been no more cases since.
