To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether there will be Barnett consequentials for Scotland from the funding for the Armed Forces Home Ownership Scheme in England.

This pilot scheme for armed forces personnel is being funded from the existing Defence budget. There are no Barnett consequentials.
