To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what representations she has received from small companies on the recent changes to the Pensions Protection Fund levy.

I have received correspondence from individuals, small businesses and parliamentarians. Concerning the pension protection levy and had discussions with groups representing small businesses. The determination of the pension protection levy is a matter for the Board of the Pension Protection Fund who consult stakeholders annually on proposed changes.
