Corporate Governance in Financial Institutions and Remuneration Policies

That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 10823/10 and Addendum 1 relating to a Green Paper on corporate governance in financial institutions and remuneration policies; and supports the Government’s approach to work closely with the European Commission to deliver a strong, principles-based framework for financial sector corporate governance.—(Mr Vara.)
