Rights of the Child

That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 7226/11, a Commission Communication on an EU Agenda for the Rights of the Child; welcomes the Government’s commitment  to children’s rights and urges that any European Union-level action in this area supports rather than supplants the role of Member States.—(Miss Chloe Smith.)
