Workplace Pension Reform The Minister of State, Department for Work and Pensions (Steve Webb) Later today the Government’s response to the consultation on the 2013-14 review and revision of earning thresholds for automatic enrolment will be published, and I will place a copy in the Libraries of both Houses. These papers will also be available later today on the Department’s website at: www.dwp.gov.uk/consultations. It is intended to lay an order before Parliament in the new year which will include the following: £9,440 for the automatic enrolment earnings trigger; £5,668 for the lower limit of the qualifying earnings band; £41,450 for the upper limit of the qualifying earnings band.
