 'justice of the peace'
 and insert 'circuit judge'.

No. 16, in clause 16, page 11, line 4, leave out 'The reference in section 14(2)' and insert—
 'In section 14— (a) the reference in subsection (1) to a circuit judge shall be read as a reference to a county court judge; and(b) the reference in subsection (2).'.—[Mr Cohen.]
