Nuclear Non-Proliferation Mr. Flynn To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, pursuant to the reply to the hon. Member for Cynon Valley (Mrs. Clwyd), Official Report, 21 June, column 685, he will list in the Official Report the states parties to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, the non-governmental organisations and members of the public to whom he makes reference as having made communication on the nuclear non-proliferation treaty review conference and the general nature of the communications.
