asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has given further consideration to the question of the adjudication of quasi-judicial proceedings to which he is a party, following the correspondence of his Department with the Council on Tribunals and the representations of the Broxbourne borough council; and what will be the effect of such consideration.
