asked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will place in the Library a copy of the consultants' report on combined heat and power projects which he will be sending to local authorities and other interested parties for comment.

A copy of the report in its consultative form will be placed in the Library at the same time as it is circulated to local authorities for comment.
