Housing Association Rents

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer of 21 May, Official Report, columns 360–61, if he will publish figures showing the average increase in rents for housing association tenants with assured tenancies in the years 1990, 1991 and 1992.

The information requested is not available for all housing association tenants with assured tenancies.The figures set out show the annual increases in average assured tenancy rents for new lettings made in 1990, 1991 and 1992.
