Mink 51. Mr. Thorpe asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he is aware of the increasing damage to livestock caused by wild mink; whether he is satisfied that the conditions under which licences are granted to mink farmers are sufficiently stringent; and what proposals he has to deal with this problem. Mr. Anthony Stodart The regular reports we receive show damage by wild mink to be insignificant and that there are no signs of an increase. We are satisfied that licences for mink farming, which are strictly enforced, need not be made more stringent.
