Freddie Andrews Mr. Beggs To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what steps have been taken to assess whether Freddie Andrews enjoys the standard of living intended by his father and benefits appropriately from his properties disposed of by the Official Solicitor to John Laing Developments Ltd. The Attorney-General I have been asked to reply.As I said in my most recent reply to the hon. Member for Antrim, East (Mr. Beggs), Official Report, 12 December 1989, columns 548-49, it is not appropriate to publish details of the affairs of any patient without the leave of the court. An application may be made to the court by any person concerned about a particular case for disclosure of any information in respect of which the applicant can demonstrate a legitimate interest.
