Army—Military Labour Question MR. HANBURY-TRACY said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, Whether the Committee which he stated early last Session had been appointed by His Royal Highness the Commander-in-Chief to draw up Regulations for extending the system of "Military Labour to Military Works," and for enabling every man in the Army desirous of working at a trade to obtain employment, have made any Report; and, if so, if he has any objection to lay it upon the Table of the House? MR. CARDWELL replied that he would have no objection to lay the Report in question upon the Table.
