asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the estimated annual loss to this country of the blocking of interest and dividend payments from Rhodesia.

The loss of payments from Rhodesia may be about £7 million in a full year, with a corresponding saving of between £4 million and £5 million in payments to Rhodesia.
