Rosyth Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAY (St. Andrews Burghs) I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he can furnish any information as to the progress of the Government harbour work at Rosyth; what number of men are working there; and whether, seeing that there is no Government dockyard on the East Coast of Great Britain capable of accommodating a warship of the "Dreadnought" size at all tides, he will consider the advisability of expediting the work. MR. LAMBERT On the subject of Rosyth I have nothing to add to the statements already made.
