Protection Money (Offences) Sir P. Rawlinson asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many offences of the kind involving a demand for money in exchange for the alleged protection to clubs, restaurants, dance halls, shops and other premises were known to the police in 1964, 1965, and the first three months of 1966, respectively. Mr. Roy Jenkins I regret that this information is not available since offences of this kind are not separately recorded.
