Member is referring to the former Assistant Superintendent of Police, John Tsang.The answer to his Question is "No" Hospitals Hospital Beds, Sheffield Mr. Mason asked the Minister of Health by what date there will be sufficient bed capacity within the Sheffield Regional Hospital Board's area satisfactorily to accommodate all the subnormal patients who are in urgent need of hospital treatment. Central Middlesex Hospital Mr. Pavitt asked the Minister of Health when he expects to reach a decision on the Central Middlesex Hospital extension scheme for the casualty and dental departments. Mr. Powell I have authorised the regional hospital board to prepare the working drawings and bills of quantities. Ministry Of Health Smallpox Dr. D. Johnson asked the Minister of Health if he will state the amount of lymph for vaccination against smallpox imported into this country during the month of January; from what countries these imports originated; and what has been their cost in foreign exchange. Mr. Powell Five hundred thousand doses from Canada and 1,500,000 doses from the United States of America at a cost of about £35,000. I have also gratefully accepted a gift of 1 million doses from the Argentine Government. Scotland Productive Woodlands Mr. Brewis asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the area of productive woodlands under the control of the Forestry Commission in Scotland at 30th September, 1961, and how this compares with the areas in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, respectively. Scottish Water Advisory Committee Sir J. Gilmour asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, in view of the growing use of water for domestic, industrial and agricultural purposes, he will reconstitute the Scottish Water Advisory Committee. I have decided to reconstitute this Committee, primarily to advise me on the organisation of water supply and distribution best adapted to meet present and future needs in central Scotland.
