To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether the Duchy intends to appoint a dedicated energy manager devoted to energy management; and what advice he provides to leaseholders of Duchy-owned buildings about energy efficiency.

Mr. Kenneth Baker
The Duchy has no plans to appoint a dedicated manager devoted to energy management, or to  offer advice to its leaseholders about energy efficiency. Under the terms of lease Duchy tenants are responsible for their own energy management and consumption.
