I beg to move Amendment No. 66, in page 25, line 40, leave out 'is obliged to dismiss' and insert 'dismisses'.

With this amendment we are to take Amendment No. 100, in Clause 43, page 33, line 33, leave out 'is obliged to dismiss' and insert 'dismisses'.

These two amendments are in response to a case put to us by the Opposition in Standing Committee. I am glad that we have been able to respond.
