Gransha Hospital Mr. Wm. Ross asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether margarine is still being given to the patients in Gransha hospital in Londonderry; and, if so, how the quantities compare with the quantities in each of the last three years. Mr. Alison [pursuant to his reply, 12 November 1979, c. 481]: All patients in Gransha hospital are now served butter unless butter is precluded for medical reasons or the patient prefers margarine.
