asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what loans were made to Czechoslovakia under the treaty series  No. 9, 1939; and to what extent have they been repaid.

Mr. Dalton
One loan for £6 million. No part has been repaid, but the terms of repayment are now being discussed with the Czechoslovak Government.
