Woolwich Arsenal Pensions MR. LEVERTON HARRIS (Tower Hamlets, Stepney) To ask the Secretary of State for War whether Thomas White, who was discharged from Woolwich Arsenal with a pension on 4th April, 1903, after over forty-five years service, is entitled to a medal; and, if so, when he will receive it.
