My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That pursuant to Standing Order No. 48, the Lords following be appointed to join with a Committee of the Commons as the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills:
 Airedale, L.Alexander of Tunis, E.Caithness, E.Hanworth, V.Janner, L.Keith of Kinkel, L.Lloyd of Kilgerran, L.Meston, L.Milner of Leeds, L.Nathan, L.Roskill, L.Stewart of Alvechurch, B.

That the Committee have power to agree with the Committee of the Commons in the appointment of a Chairman; and that a Message be sent to the Commons to propose that the Joint Committee do meet on Wednesday the 10th of December next at half-past Four o'clock in Committee Room No. 4.—( The Lord Chancellor.]
