asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what amounts are to be spent on schoolbuilding in each of the next three years.

The approved starts programmes for primary and secondary schools in England and Wales in 1970–71, 1971–72 and 1972–73 are £171 million, £186 million and £186 million at constant prices.
