Bankruptcy Law (Report)

asked the President of the Board of Trade when he proposes to initiate legislation following on the Report of the Bankruptcy Law and Deeds of Arrangement.

We continue to hope to introduce legislation to amend the bankruptcy law in the light of the Report but I still cannot say when it will be possible to do so.
