Order read for consideration of Lords Amendments.

I beg to move, "That the Lords Amendments be now considered." The Lords Amendments to this Bill are Amendments which were moved or accepted by the Government in another place. I am willing to explain any one of them which might be challenged, but I think I should serve the interests of the House best if I say that they are drafting Amendments.
