Drainage And Ditching

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what plans he has to circulate a formal consultative document on the design data for field drainage and ditching pipes;

(2) if he will list the trade associations which were invited to comment on the design data for field drainage and ditching pipes.

Correspondence has taken place during the past year with the following trade associations in connection with the existing design data:The British Clayware Land Drain Industry.The National Association of Agricultural Contractors (Land Drainage Contractors Committee).The Plastics Land Drainage Manufacturers Association.I expect to circulate for comment early next year a comprehensive consultative document which will include data on the-----------------------------------
