Common Land (Cultivation) 55. Mr. Walker-Smith asked the Minister of Agriculture how far he has given consideration to the possibility of the cultivation of common land after de-requisition, when such cultivation would not substantially interfere with the use and enjoyment of the land by the local inhabitants. Sir T. Dugdale I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Hemel Hempstead (Viscountess Davidson) on 21st February.
