Bryan asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many job creation projects have been submitted by private firms, voluntary organisations, charities or community groups in Humberside to the Manpower Services Commission; when they were submitted; when they were approved; how many jobs they covered; and when people will actually be working in those jobs.
