Glasgow Housing

Mr. Craigen
asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he received from Glasgow district council a registration scheme under section 100 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1966; and when he hopes to announce his decision.

No formal registration has been received. However, as I indicated in my reply to the hon. Member on 1 July 1985, at column 24, my officials are currently considering proposals for a registration scheme submitted informally by Glasgow district council. It is hoped to send a response in the near future.
