Central Arbitration Committee Mr. Holland asked the Secretary of State for Employment in how many Central Arbitration Committee cases since the beginning of 1976 the awards made have been challenged in the High Court; and in how many of those cases the High Court has upheld the Central Arbitration Committee award.
