Hughes To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what the capital spending allocation for voluntary-aided and special agreement schools was in the London boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Enfield, Haringey, Hillingdon and Harrow in each of the years 1982–83 to 1988–89; and how much in each case was allocated to Roman Catholic voluntary-aided schools.
