German Navy Bill MR. CLAUDE HAY (Shoreditch, Hoxton) I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, having regard to the fact that no translation of the German Navy Bill, 1906, nor of the German Estimates, is available, and that copies of the Bill and of the Estimates are not purchasable in Berlin, he will cause copies of the Admiralty translations of these documents to be placed in the library to enable the House to be informed as to the proposals of the German Government as to the German Navy. THE CIVIL LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. LAMBERT, Devonshire, South Molton) I have already stated, in reply to a previous question from the hon. Member, that it is not the custom of the Admiralty to present to the library anything except their own publications.
