French Nuclear Tests

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what consideration has been given by Her Majesty's Government to invoking articles 142 and 192 of the Euratom treaty in regard to French nuclear tests and France's compliance with the treaty. [37679]
