Washington Conference (British Delegation) Mr. F. HALL asked the Prime Minister why the name of Sir Malcolm Delevingne, who was one of the delegates for the British Government at the Washington Conference of 1919, and has been a member of the governing body of the International Labour Office since its inception, does not appear on the present list of representatives; whether his place has been taken by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour; and, if so, why an official whose Parliamentary duties have already involved his leaving Geneva during the sitting of the Conference to return to this country has been appointed?
