Amendment made: No. 60, in page 22, line 7, leave out paragraphs (a) and (b) and insert—
 ' (a) the operator has failed to operate a local service registered under section 6 of this Act; or(b) the operator has operated a local service in contravention of that section; or'.— [Mr. Ridley.]
