asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish a detailed breakdown of the multipliers used for each class of local authority in the block grant arrangements for 1982–83;(2) if he will publish the change

(a) in cash and (b) in percentage terms in the calculated original block grant

arrangements for rate support grant for that year; and if he will give the current expenditure original budget and outturn expenditure for each authority.
