asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which Minister in his Department is responsible for management information and accounting within his Department.

I am responsible for these functions within the diplomatic wing and my right hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development has this responsibility for the Overseas Development Administration.
