Financial Relations (Great Britain And Ireland) 45. Mr. GODFREY LOCKER-LAMPSON asked the Prime Minister whether he will reconsider his decision not to publish the evidence given before the Secret Committee on Irish finance? The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith) I must refer the hon. Member to the replies which I gave on 7th November last. What I said then still holds good. Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSON Is it not the fact that during the last few weeks the Under-Secretary for Ireland said that there was no objection whatever to this evidence being published? The PRIME MINISTER I am not aware of that. Perhaps the hon. Member will send me the statement and I will look at it.
