Foreign Trawlers In The Moray Firth Mr. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty) To ask the Secretary for Scotland if he will state the number of trawlers flying a foreign flag observed fishing in the Moray Firth during the year ending the 31st December, 1906, and the nationality of the respective vessels. (Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) In 1906 thirty different foreign trawlers (twenty-nine Norwegian and one Belgian) were observed on 185 occasions.
