Mr. Millan Lords Amendment No. 6 widens the provisions of Clause 11 about company licences to take account of the tact that the person responsible for the day-to-day running of the premises—the joint licence-holder with the company—may be an agent, for example a lawyer or accountant, rather than an employee of the company. Therefore, the words "or agent" are included. The other amendments are consequential. Question put and agreed to. Lords Amendments Nos. 7 to 9 agreed to.
