Lord MACKAY of CLASHFERN My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 42. The amendment was made in another place in response to an Opposition proposal. Some honourable Members in another place were concerned that as drafted the clause might create the possibility of double jeopardy. They wished to ensure that we accepted the amendment.
